แบบแผ่นเคลือบ:

อะลูมิเนียมแบบแผ่นเคลือบนี้ทำด้วยอะลูมิเนียมชนิดอัลลอย 3003-H24 ใช้อย่างกว้างขวางในอุตสาหกรรมการต่อเรือ ความเรียบของแผ่นนั้นถือว่าดีเยี่ยมและไม่ติดไฟ เราผลิตได้ตามมาตรฐานของ DIN


Dura Clad ผลิตมาจากอะลูมิเนียมแบบม้วนโดยในการผลิตนั้นใช้มาตรฐานสีของ PVFS/PVDF (Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000 rasin) ถ้าเคลือบ2ชั้นจะทำให้เห็นเป็นสีมาตรฐานปกติ แต่ถ้าเคลือบ3ชั้นจะทำให้เห็นเป็นสีธรรมชาติมากยิ่งขึ้น

Dura Clad จะผลิตจากสีที่มีคุณภาพสูง ติดแน่น ไม่หลุดร่อนง่าย แวววาว ทนต่อรังสี UV-A, UV-B และ UV-C และยังคงทนความสวยงามแม้เวลาจะผ่านไปนานแล้วก็ตาม

เราใช้ PVFL / PVDF ซึ่งเป็นสีที่เรืองแสง ได้ถูกทดสอบและรับรองโดย SIRIM ว่าทนทานต่อไฟจริง ทำให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของมาตรฐานการสร้างตึกและอาคารสูงในมาเลเซีย (UBBL) 1984

* Index I indicates fire propagation index is 0.8
* Class One indicates surface of surface spread of Flame.



ขั้นตอนการเคลือบผิว

การเคลือบผิวนั้นเป็นการใช้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงในการทำสี ผิวหน้าของแผ่นชั้นแรกจะเคลือบทรีมเม้นท์ โครเมี่ยม และจะอบสีในอุณภูมิระหว่าง 249 – 254 องศาเซลเซียส และเคลือบฟิมล์ที่ความหนา 59-67 Micron จึงทำให้มีความทนทานเป็นเลิศ และยังเหมาะกับการใช้งานภายนอกได้เป็นอย่างดี

PAINT FORMULATED FROM KYNAR 500 / HYLAR 5000 PVDF

Formulated to contain minimum amount of 70% Polyvinylidene Fluoride polymer which leads to excellent product performance for external application via high speed paint line for colour consistency of Pre-painted coils. Resin system – Fluorocarbon / acrylin Solvent system – Ester / Ketones.
